I’m having connection issues between my Paragon and my smartphone. What’s going on?

If you are having trouble connecting to the Paragon cooktop, ensure that there are no other devices already connected to the Paragon. To remove a user, simply turn off Bluetooth on any other devices that may be connected. Once you have confirmed there are no other users, unplug the Paragon cooktop from the wall outlet. To connect to an iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Enable. Delete any Bluetooth devices that are named “Paragon Master”. Once deleted, launch the FirstBuild App and plug in the Paragon cooktop. Proceed to add the product in the app by selecting the “+” button on the Products menu. Your Paragon should now connect without issue.
