I pre-ordered my Opal in 2016. Where is it?

If you purchased your Opal prior to 11/1/2016 and still haven't received it, it is probably because we have not received a response to the address verification email.This email came from products@firstbuild.com. If you are unable to find this email, please contact us at support@firstbuild.com to verify your address. Once your address is verified, you can expect to receive your Opal within 5-10 business days.
