Replacement Process

In the event that you need to return a defective unit, please contact us at support@firstbuild.com. Our customer service team will issue a return label for your Opal.

We must receive your defective Opal and evaluate the unit before sending a replacement. This process typically takes 1-2 business days from the time we receive it at FirstBuild.

Replacement Opals will not be sent prior to the evaluation. We are unable to hold with a credit card. If you purchase a new unit and return the defective unit once the new unit arrives, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

If you no longer have the box, please use a similar size box and secure with paper or bubble wrap.
